QFI verdict: Judiciary throws down gauntlet to establishment? 

If Judiciary dominates and denies space to the establishments as de-facto reality and threatens it being a centre of gravity, this dynamic will lead to a revision of policy resulting in a push back and worse a collision of the two powerful institutions.
