Washington is for the first time in concord with Pakistan's liberal intellectuals, Pashtuns politicians, writes, activists, apart from Afghan President Hamid Karzai and his administration: they have been all along very critical of Pakistan establishment's Afghan policy saying that this policy did not reflect' Islamabad's interest- particularly was contrary to the wishes of millions of Pashtuns in Pakistan and Afghanistan who are the victims of Pakistan's strategic depth policy for the last several decades.
