Pashtoons caught in others' war

It is a common guest house of many neighbouring families and most of the men sit and discuss the current issues in evening in informal way. They do not even care to consider that their ‘pursuit’ of a place in paradise is causing so much death and destruction This column is about the lack of action of the Pakhtun diaspora on its most important role in the cultural, economic, social and political survival of their ethnic brothers and sisters in their native land. I am referring to generous donations that the Pakhtun diasporic communities in North America, Europe and the Middle East can and should contribute to counter the Taliban and Talibanisation in the Pakhtunkhwa province and FATA.
